Herbicide, monitoring reducing hydrilla threat to Cayuga

Hydrilla in Cayuga Lake inlet was knocked down in 2012, but it’s not yet knocked out. Further eradication efforts are expected this year in the fight against the invasive aquatic plant that was found in the lake in August 2011.
